Return Eligibility (7-Day Policy)
All return and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

Return Process
If your return request is approved:

The item must be returned in its original, unused condition.

All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.

The customer is responsible for return shipping unless the error was on our part.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service. We are not responsible for lost return shipments.
Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only after the returned item has been received and inspected.
If the item is returned used, damaged (not due to shipping), or incomplete, the refund may be denied or partially deducted.
If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the mistake was ours.
